02Information involved
When you contact us. An email may include your name, email address, organization, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to share. Email buttons open your email application; the website itself does not send or store your message. The inquiry form uses the name, email address, and message you enter to prepare a draft in your email application. The draft is not sent to us unless you send it from that application. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile information visible to us, and the messages or attachments you send. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy practices.
When you visit. Your browser sends technical information needed to load a website, including your IP address, requested URLs, browser information, and request time. Hosting and security providers may process this information in operational logs.
The current website does not offer visitor accounts, payments, newsletter sign-ups, or file uploads. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
03How information is used
Information associated with an inquiry is used to read and respond to your message, discuss a potential engagement, and maintain relevant correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include responding to steps you request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in handling business inquiries and maintaining a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations. Where a particular use requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately.
05Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email, and messaging services process information needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address security incidents or legal claims.
The website has no advertising, data-broker, or personal-data sales integrations. Following an external link or using your email or messaging provider is subject to that provider’s own privacy practices.
06Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the information: handling an open inquiry, maintaining a relevant business record, resolving a dispute, or meeting a legal obligation. Technical log retention also depends on the hosting provider. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of a particular correspondence record.
No website, email system, or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information by email.
07International processing
Hosting or email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
08Your privacy choices and rights
You can browse without sending us an inquiry, and you can choose what to include if you contact us. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to contact@thinkforwardlabs.si. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Applicable exceptions and legal retention requirements may affect a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
09Children’s information
This website is intended for a general business audience and does not offer features directed at children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
10Updates to this policy
This policy may change when the website or the way information is handled changes. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. Please contact us if you have questions about any update.
